Returns & Refunds

We hope you enjoy your Of Scent purchase. If you need to return an order, please read the information below.

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your name, order number and the email address used to place the order.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Change of Mind

If you purchased online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it in accordance with UK consumer law.

For fragrance products, this right may not apply once the product’s hygiene seal or protective packaging has been opened or removed, where the legal hygiene exemption applies.

Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Return Conditions

Where a return is accepted, products should be:

• Returned in their original packaging
• Complete and undamaged
• Securely packaged
• Accompanied by your order details

We reserve the right to reduce a refund if a product has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning change-of-mind orders.

If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, Of Scent will arrange or reimburse the reasonable return costs where appropriate.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

• Damaged
• Leaking
• Incorrect
• Incomplete
• Faulty

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@ofscent.co.uk.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and the outer packaging

We’ll investigate the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, exchange or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Once processed by Of Scent, refunds usually appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
